To increase the experience in the support system, now HRM utilize Freshdesk Ticket. So now, both of you and us will be easier to manage your question and request.
To drop question using support ticket, you can follow the steps on the link below:

Meanwhile, to manage all of your support ticket, kindly follow these steps:
1. Inform us your Name and Email to support@hrmlabs.com
So we can send the Freshdesk activation email to you.
2. Check your email and click the link to activation
3. Set your name and password for Freshdesk account, then click Activate And Log In
4. Go to Ticket menu
Afterward, you will be able to access all of your ticket that you have been sent to HRM Support in Freshdesk. You can check the status of the support ticket, filter the shown ticket, and also export the ticket details to Excel or CSV report.
