1. Login using location's site account

3. Tap Contact Us
You can check first if the provided user guide can solve your issue before drop the question to the Support Team.
4. Complete the ticket information
For the Email field, we suggest you to filled in with your Google Mail address to make you easier to track your ticket status
For the Description field, kindly inform the issue you're facing as details as possible, so it will be easier for the Support Team to checking your issue.
Example :
- What is your name, company name, and username to login (if needed)?
- When did this issue begin happening?
- Has it been occurring consistently, or does it happen on and off?
- Have you tried any solutions on your own?
etc.
5. Tap Send
Afterward, our Support Team will receive your ticket and you will get the response in email.
Besides receiving the ticket response in email, you can also track your ticket status through link hrmlabs.freshdesk.com
6. Click Login
7. Login with Google Mail
Afterward, all tickets that you send to Support Team will appear as long as the email that you use to login is the same email that you use to send ticket in Step 5.
