1. Unbox the temperature screening device package.

There will be three parts: foot (base part), lower part, and upper part (thermal device)


2. Connect the foot (base) and the lower part with screws on the 8 holes base.



3. Open the lower part cap by releasing the screws on each side. 

There will be 4 black cables inside when the black cap is removed.



4. Put in the 4 white cables which connected to the device through the black cap.

5. Connect the same white cables from the upper part to the black cables on the lower part side.


There are several types of cables in one bundle (Wigan Output/Input, Ethernet, DC 12V, Relay, USB Host, USB OTG, and UBOOT) as shown below. All you need to do is connecting all white cables and black cables except for Wigan Output/Input and Relay cables. 




6. Place the cable joint inside the lower part tube.


7. Join the upper part and lower part.

By placing the black cap on the lower part using screws, join the upper part (device) and the lower part.


8. Adjust the height and you are ready to power up the device.



After the device is powered up, make sure you follow this user guide on how to set up the device and sync it with the Temperature Screening system.
