When your employee is rejoin in your company, you can activate their employee data and you don't need to create new employee data for them.

1. Go to Employee List menu
2. Search Employee in Archived tab
You can use employee name, employee ID, and employee IC number as the keyword to search.


3. Click Activate button

4. Set Date of Activation
The activation date will be your employee's new hiring date.

5. Click Save Changes

The activated employee data will automatically move to Active tab
